Bluegreen Vacations Casa Del Mar Hotel Ormond Beach, Ormond Beach

The resort offers a decent experience overall, with clean and modern rooms and easy beach access. However, the dining options could use improvement and the service was inconsistent. Despite some tight spaces in the units, the beachfront location is a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, and right from the beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed. The upgrade to a larger room was a delightful surprise, and the ocean-facing room with a balcony was a highlight. However, the beach area lacked shade and the amenities could use a bit of an update. Overall, it was a great family vacation with plenty of activities, but there were some downsides to note.

My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the room arrangement and misleading advertising. I was charged extra for a two-bedroom, two-bath arrangement, but found myself with a shared bathroom, which was not what I expected. While the pool area was nice, the overall experience did not justify the cost, especially since the unit's size and amenities fell well below my expectations.

I've had some ups and downs during my stay at Casa Del Mar. The location is fantastic with stunning ocean views, and the staff is very accommodating. However, the accommodations could use some updating, particularly the furniture, and there is a noticeable need for a full-service restaurant on-site. Overall, it's a decent place, but it fell short in some areas.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant time. The interiors of the condo were beautifully updated, and the ocean views were breathtaking. The pool area was nice, but it was unfortunately closed for maintenance during my visit. I loved having direct access to the beach and appreciated the outdoor activities available. However, the noise from the street was a bit of a downside, especially in the early mornings.
